On Sunday, November 22 at 11 a.m. PST, The Frederick P. Lenz Foundation and Naropa University are hosting a two-hour webinar for Lenz Foundation grantees. Presented by a diverse panel of Naropa professors and scholars, the webinar will cover identifying conscious and unconscious racism within our own organizations and how to address these issues in the context of the current national Black Lives Matter movement and our Buddhist values.
The speaker panel will consist of Regina Smith, Vice President of Mission, Culture, and Inclusive Community at Naropa; Ramon Parish, Core Assistant Professor in Interdisciplinary Studies at Naropa; Carla Mueller, Masters of Divinity, Adjunct Faculty and Program Manager for the Center for the
Advancement of Contemplative Education at Naropa.
