How can women use their time at work to empower themselves and others?
In Rama’s teachings on women and enlightenment, we are encouraged to use this time in earth’s history to bring about sweeping changes in how men and women interact. In his talk “Why Don’t More Women Attain Enlightenment?:”, Rama reflects that for the first time in history women do not need to use their second attention for survival, but instead can develop powerful careers which can sustain them and support them on the path to Enlightenment.
Our Career Success series facilitator and our speaker will reflect on their experiences in the work world. They will share how they have been able to use work to empower their lives and the lives of others.
Our speaker has over 30 years of experience in business, consulting, government and technology. She has led many multi-million dollar projects and programs. She enjoys mentoring and empowering others to succeed.
As women, are we conditioned not to lead? Are we afraid to use our talents to succeed? Can we overcome these fears and mental conditioning to accomplish positive outcomes in our lives and in the lives of others?
