Daily Mindfulness:Honoring Your Emotions

Join Dorje for a virtual class and meditation on Tuesday evening, July 19th at 9:00 PM EST, 6:00 PM PST on Daily Mindfulness: Honoring Your Emotions where we will explore simple practices that can help you keep your consciousness sparkling in the brightest, happiest places.
We find ourselves in the world with all the accoutrements of physical existence, including emotions. Learning to watch one's emotions is a beneficial aspect of developing balance. If you have felt that you were 'too sensitive', 'cry easily' or even 'flare to anger', join us for a discussion on how you can learn to support your need to emote, without judging yourself or projecting your experience on someone else. The emotions don't disappear, but we develop the ability to experience them without getting caught in the illusion that they represent who we are. With love and appreciation for what the emotion is trying to tell us, we start to detach from them and develop a healthy relationship with our body and mind, as well as those around us.
