Dharma Center “Authentic Living” Meditation Empowerment Workshop

This 2 hour intensive on Authentic Living is designed for those who are ready to dive deep into the process of self-discovery. Through this Meditation Empowerment Workshops, Isis of the Dharma Center (San Diego) will lead participants in practical techniques to improve their meditation practice and help new students develop good habits from the start. Adults at all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, will benefit from this workshop.

We will address the challenge of living in a world full of unobtainable ideals. We’re constantly bombarded by advertising telling us we need to be someone else. In the world of social media, we find ourselves comparing our lives to the snippets shared by others. Even on the spiritual path, we find ourselves trying to measure up to Saints. We each exist as perfection in the imperfect world.
