Enlightenment Cycle (Meditation & Discussion) – Meditation

Please join us for a Meditation and Discussion on the Enlightenment Cycle series by Rama on selected Sunday mornings at 9 AM PST, Noon EST.

The next meditation and discussion in this series will be on Sunday, December 16th and will cover the first talk in the series – Meditation. Please review it before the call. 

This virtual meditation and discussion series will be facilitated by Chinjandra and Carol, meaning, this is NOT a lecture but a facilitated discussion where each participant shares their incites and aspects of the talk that resonate with them.   Each session will start and end with a group meditation to Zazen music followed by the facilitated discussion.
