Enlightenment Cycle Series Meditation / Discussion (Wisdom)

Please join us for a Meditation and Discussion on Enlightenment Cycle series by Rama – Dr. Frederick Lenz on Sunday mornings (9 AM PST, Noon EST).  Each session will start and end with a group meditation to Zazen music followed by the facilitated discussion.

On Sunday, October 24, 2021 we will discuss Wisdom.  This virtual meditation and discussion will be facilitated by our guest facilitator Ellen.

This is NOT a lecture but a facilitated discussion where each participant shares their perspectives on the talk and what resonates with them in their practice today.  Please review the talk before the call.
