How Connection, Love, & Opening Are Used To Be More Effective in Martial Arts & in Life

Sun, January 6, 2019 @ 2:00 pm

Our next Workshop in American Buddhism talk and discussion series will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 2 p.m. ET, 11 a.m. PT on "How Connection, Love, and Opening Are Used To Be More Effective in Martial Arts and in Life."

The call in information will be included in our newsletter or email us at rsvp@ramameditationsociety.org.  We expect the talk and discussion to last no more than 90 minutes (including a brief meditation at the end).

Our speaker, Hathor has been teaching and promoting the balance and harmony of mind, body, spirit for over a decade. In addition to teaching meditation, she has a Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology working holistically with clients in psychotherapy. Hathor also studies Aikido (a Japanese martial arts) and has received a Black belt under the tutelage of Matsuoka Sensei, and is a 200 hr RYT yoga teacher.

Hathor unifies the twin practices of meditation and body-mind practices to help clients cultivate the highest, brightest, and happiest life possible. She is passionate about the discovery process of seeking truth for oneself that is intended to access the Power of our Being.

We hope you can join us for this wonderful talk and discussion.
