Insights Series Meditation / Discussion (Storing Power)

Please join us for a Meditation and Discussion on Insights series by Rama – Dr. Frederick Lenz on Sunday mornings (9 AM PST, Noon EST).  Each session will start and end with a group meditation to Zazen music followed by the facilitated discussion.

On Sunday, October 27th, we will discuss the talk: Storing Power.  This virtual meditation and discussion will be facilitated by Veronica.   

This is not a lecture but a facilitated discussion where each participant shares their perspectives on the talk and what resonates with them in their practice today. Please review the talk before the call.
