Kalachakra Party
Fri, December 5, 2014 @ 7:00 pm
For people who were enrolled students of Rama – Dr. Frederick Lenz – at the time of the Kalachakra empowerment, a Kalachakra Reunion Party at Asilomar on the Monterey Peninsula in Pacific Grove, CA., is happening December 5 – 7 (inclusive of Sunday night)!
The Kalachakra Party will be a no holds barred, no agenda celebration, just
a lovely weekend in a magnificent power place to celebrate the advanced empowerment Rama gave us. A place to meditate by the sea, to sit out by the fire pit and meditate at night, to hold a serious tequila party, and generally relax and enjoy.
This event is organized by a ST1 friend (and is not hosted by RMS). You must register online with Asilomar and enter "kalachakra reunion party" in your online reservation. Asilomar will offer a free meeting room if enough people register. Please visit www.visitasilomar.com to make your reservation and do it soon because the venue is already filling up. Asilomar is an awesome place — 100 acres of dunes by the sea. There is a small coffee shop in the lobby and many restaurants around in Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel.
Each person who's registered and who actually intends to attend, should send a registration email right away to singingscottie@gmail.com . Please include the names of the attendees so our ST1 friend can reserve the meeting room once enough names are gathered.
This is not an RMS event so please do not direct questions to RMS, but to the individual organizer at singingscottie@gmail.com. Thank you.
If Asilomar runs out of space, there is an inexpensive motel across the street called 'Beachcomber Inn' – see http://www.montereypeninsulainns.com. Once that fills up, people should just find their own accommodations in the area which should not be too hard.
The plan is for the party room to be open at 7 on Friday night and all day the following two days. That way, if people are staying off-campus, they can leave their things in the party room and enjoy the beach, dunes and environment of Asilomar. Also as the Asilomar rooms often have three beds, it’s possible for people to share.
Our ST1 friend and host is looking forward to seeing many students at this fun Kalachakra Party!!!
