Lakshmi series Meditation / Discussion (Zen, Taoism and Buddhism)

Please join us for a Meditation and Discussion on Rama's Lakshmi series on Sunday mornings (9 AM PST, Noon EST).  Each session will start and end with a group meditation to Zazen music followed by the facilitated discussion. 

On Sunday, April 11th we will discuss Zen, Taoism and Buddhism. This virtual meditation and discussion will be facilitated by our guest facilitator, Gaile.

"The essential premise of Buddhism is that there is enlightenment, there is nirvana. Beyond this world, beyond all worlds, there's something radiant, perfect and eternal. Even though it's not perceivable to the mind or senses, it's there and enlightenment is absolute freedom." Rama

This is NOT a lecture but a facilitated discussion where each participant shares their perspectives on the talk and what resonates with them in their practice today.  Please review the talk before the call.
