Meditation for Beginners – Virtual Series (8 weeks) – 2nd Session

This is the second session of an 8 week series. Even if you missed Session 1, feel free to join us.
Meditation for Beginners is an 8 week virtual meditation course geared towards those who are interested in starting to meditate.
We will meet Sunday evenings for 8 weeks for 60 min, to meditate and learn about some of the basic concepts of meditation.
Sunday evenings: 8pm EST / 5pm Pacific -Dates:July 13, 20,27; Aug 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
Please note, we will be using a video conferencing tool for our meeting. You will be welcome to share your image but it is not required. You will also be able to join the meeting via phone.
