Meditation for Beginners – Virtual Series (8 weeks) – 5th Session

This is the fifth session of an 8 week series. Even if you missed prior sessions, each session is unique so please join us.
Meditation for Beginners is an 8 week virtual meditation course geared towards those who are interested in starting to meditate. We will meet Sunday evenings for 60 min, to meditate and learn about some of the basic concepts of meditation.
Sunday evenings: 8pm EST / 5pm Pacific -Remaining Dates: Aug 10, 17, 24, 31
Please note, we will be using a video conferencing tool for our meeting. You will be welcome to share your image but it is not required. You will also be able to join the meeting via phone.
