On the Road Meditation / Discussion (Kundalini Yoga)

Please join us for a Meditation and Discussion featuring On the Road with Rama series by Rama – Dr. Frederick Lenz on Sunday mornings (9 AM PST, Noon EST). Each session will start and end with a group meditation to Zazen music followed by the facilitated discussion.
On Sunday, January 12th, we will discuss the talk: Kundalini Yoga (Haleakala, Maui). This virtual meditation and discussion will be facilitated by Larry.
This is not a lecture but a facilitated discussion where each participant shares their perspectives on the talk and what resonates with them in their practice today.
