Our discussions on the 20th will feature Cosmic Awareness https://www.ramameditationsociety.org/rama-live-cosmic-awareness
This virtual meditation series will be facilitated by Chinjandra, a student of Rama and his teachings since the early 1980s. Each session will start and end with a group meditation – you will not believe how powerful these can be – followed by a facilitated group discussion regarding the featured talk. This three part series will continue on March 27th and April 3rd as well.
