We had so much fun in November with another of Rama's live talks, we can't wait to listen and discuss these talks recorded by Rama in front of a live audience! 

The meditation and discussion will be facilitated by Carol and Chinjandra, meditation instructors ordained and empowered by Rama. 

Please listen to the talk ahead of time. We will start and end the session with a group meditation – you will not believe how powerful these can be – followed by a facilitated group discussion regarding the talk.
