Enlightenment

Enlightenment is one of three meditation music albums designed by Rama – Dr. Frederick Lenz. Rama designed this music for morning meditation.

The Enlightenment album is based on the five elements –water, wind, thunder, fire, and earth–that were believed in ancient times to form the underpinning of all things. For each element, there is a trilogy of songs. The music folds keyboards, guitar and percussion into a range of music from acoustic to progressive rock.

Composed by Zazen, produced by Rama. These recordings reflect the spirit and vision of Rama (Dr. Frederick Lenz) and may be used solely in furtherance of the mission of our organization and in a manner consistent with the views of Rama and any other associated composers and musicians.
